Gaye Adams
Biography
Gaye Adams has been a professional painter for over 20 years. She has been
awarded senior signature status with the Federation of Canadian Artists and
signature
membership with the Pastel Society of Canada. In 2006, she was honored to
be chosen
as one of only 6 painters in Canada to receive the designation of "Master
Pastellist"
with the Pastel Artists of Canada.
Gayes work has garnered awards at the national and international levels,
and her
work hangs in private and corporate collections both here and abroad,
Her paintings have won awards and been featured in numerous publications,
amongst them International Artist Magazine and Pastel Artist International.
Gaye works in acrylic, soft pastel and oils. Subject matter varies, but her
paintings
regardless of subject matter and medium retain the vividness of light and
color
that earmarks her work.
Gaye works out her studio in Blind Bay, British Columbia.
